K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2010, have approved the following:
1. Allotment of 1,64,61,337 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each to Promoters on conversion of warrants issued to promoters on July 01, 2009 @ Rs. 54.50/- per Equity Shares.
