KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired an additional 53,000 acres of land for development of Palm Oil Plantations in Indonesia through its Wholly owned Subsidiary at Singapore K S Natural Resources Pte. Ltd. (KSNR). The Funding will be through internal accruals and debt at subsidiary level.
The total funds required for the new project would be around Rs. 380 cores over the next three years.
