KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Singapore based Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. K S Natural Resources Pte Ltd (KSNR) of the Company has been awarded "International Headquarters Status" by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and is the first Indian Company from the agri-sector to have been conferred this status.
KS Oils' international investments and acquisitions will be routed through KSNR, and Singapore will be the centre of its global operations.
