KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2009, inter alia, have approved the appointment of two additional directors namely Dr. Jaipal Singh and Mr. R K Nagar.
Dr. Jaipal Singh was appointed in place of Mr. R P Aneja.
