KS Oils - Acquisition of Refinery Plant at Haldia

KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed the necessary agreement with Ambo Agro Products Ltd, a Kolkata based group for acquisition of its Edible oil refinery in Haldia Port as a going concern with an investment up to Rs 150 crores.
