Manufacturing agreement with Alwar based Plant

17.04.2007: The Company has entered into a manufacturing agreement with an Alwar based plant which is slated to deliver Rs 400 crores to the topline and help fulfill demand of mustard oil. This arrangement will remain in force until the new Company's manufacturing plant commences commercial operations, an event that is slated for March 2008. The Alwar plant has cold press machines for mustard oil production, extraction and refinery units which shall augment capacity.
