KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on November 15, 2008 has approved the grant of 5,75,000 ESOP under KS ESOP Plan to its employees @ of Rs 42/- per ESOP. (The closing price of BSE on November 14, 2008 is Rs 39.55/- & on NSE is Rs 39.45/-).
