KS Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on October 25, 2008 has approved the grant of 17,75,000 Shares ESOPS to its employees @ of Rs 42/- per ESOP. (The closing price of BSE on October 24, 2008 is Rs 40.30 & NSE 40.10).
